I think free shipping was an option but I paid $20 because I needed to get the machine up and keep working. I couldn't believe it showed up in a day. I will keep doing business with these folks.

I originally ordered the motor I needed from a different supplier that indicated they had the item when in fact they didn't. It was then put it on a long back order. I am very satisfied with the quality of communication by Ruff N Tools company's representatives and delivery of services. They stocked the item I needed shipped it the same day I ordered it and I also saved $50.

Received the motor as promised from Ruff n Tuff Tools.  Really good service and their staff answered all my question.  Pricing was unbeatable too. Found it elsewhere for $350 or more.  Also purchased the MK-415 blade for porcelain and that blade cuts like a hot knife through butter. Definitely happy with my purchase experience with you.
