As a part of the System Assessment and Validation for Emergency Responders (SAVER) Program, Texas A&M Engineering, including Texas Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) and Texas Transportation Institute (TTI), conducted a comparative assessment of multipurpose cutoff saw blades.
