Great experience ordering a core drill bit from Ruff-N-Tuff tools.  Delivery was the problem.. I was told bit was available for shipment on Monday when I placed the order.  Bit shipped on Friday and was not received till Tuesday over a week after I ordered the bit.  Made me late for a deadline!  Bit worked great.
